Anthony Carpenito

Anthony Carpenito brings 30 years of sales and negotiating experience to North Country Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to joining North Country Sotheby's International Realty, Anthony worked in the fashion industry servicing clients and providing superior support and follow up with his customers. Known for being a skilled negotiator and closer, he is highly attuned to his customer's needs and is committed to working in each client's best interest. Anthony's focus and dedication is evidenced in his highly successful rate of repeat business and referrals by satisfied customers. His ability to spot market momentum is an asset to the buyers and sellers with whom he works. Over the years, Anthony has also made investments in real estate. After attending college, Anthony and his wife settled in Pleasantville, where they have remained for 34 years. He commuted to Manhattan for 30+ years. Anthony was a Boy Scout troop leader for his son's troop during that time. Anthony's three children grew up in Pleasantville and attended the Pleasantville school district. All three went on to college and now have successful careers in investment banking, the pharmaceutical industry and public education. Anthony currently has seven grandchildren growing up in Westchester County. Anthony is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the local Multiple Listing Service.
